You have the whole house, all on one floor with no stairs. The cottage was totally renovated inside and out in 2009. There is a big deck with plenty of seating and a picnic table, and a fenced-in back yard with a fire pit for toasting s'mores. Inside you'll find three bedrooms with four beds and a pull-out couch -- enough room to sleep eight!

Guests must bring their own linens, towels and paper products. The beds have pillows, comforters, and mattress pads, and there are kitchen towels provided. Don't forget your beach towels!
